EPS recycling (shredding) machine with dust seperator

We have introduced latest automatic control EPS recycling plant (EPS shredding machine). We have supplied 148 such machines to big EPS processors in India and developing countries such as Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Eritrea, Kenya etc.

SALIENT FEATURES IN BRIEF :

Adequately strong enough machine having high torque reduction gear box with motor to cut rejected EPS scrap in two stages and convert it into small pieces like beads which can be used for EPS blocks as well as EPS shape moulded packaging. Dust separator and dust collector unit with high capacity vacuum blowers separate the dust and small particles from the beads and collected into dust collector.

Machine capacity is 25 Kg to 40 Kg per hour. Shredding machine with dust separator & auto electric control panel complete in all respects with :

  1. 7.5 HP motor for main crusher.
  2. HT 18 gear box with 3 HP motor for semi crusher.
  3. Gear box HT 06 with 1 HP motor for dust separator.
  4. 2 HP vacuum blower for main vacuum material collection.
  5. 2HP ID blower for dust collection bank.
  6. 2 HP FD blower for material transfer.

ADVANTAGES :

The recommended mixing ratio of EPS shredded material is as follows :

  1. FOR SHAPE MOULDED EPS PACKAGING :
    1. Above 15 mm wall thickness 5% to 10% shredded material mixing.
    2. Above 20 mm wall thickness 10% to 15% shredded material mixing.
    3. Above 30 mm wall thickness 20% to 25% shredded material mixing.
  2. FOR EPS BLOCK : 30% shredded material mixing. Some manufacturers use 40% mix in block.

However we don not suggest 40% mix as it compromises with quality.
